Percentage Decrease Calculator

Percentage decrease measures reduction from an original value: subtract the new value from the old, divide by the old value, and multiply by 100. A price falling from €50 to €35 is a 30% decrease.

It is handy for tracking weight loss, comparing sale prices, or measuring drops in traffic or costs. Remember the base matters: a fall from 100 to 50 is −50%, but climbing back from 50 to 100 is +100%. See also the discount calculator to apply a known percentage to a price.
