ROI Calculator

Return on investment measures how much an investment gained or lost relative to its cost: ROI = (amount returned − amount invested) / amount invested × 100. Investing €2,000 and getting back €2,600 is a 30% ROI with €600 profit.

ROI makes different investments comparable — stocks, property, marketing campaigns or business equipment. Note it ignores time: 30% over one year is very different from 30% over ten. For time-aware growth, see the compound interest calculator.
