Body Fat Calculator
The US Navy method estimates body fat percentage from simple tape measurements: height, neck and waist for men, plus hips for women. Measure the waist at the navel, the neck just below the larynx, and the hips at their widest point, all in centimeters.
Typical healthy ranges are roughly 10–20% for men and 18–28% for women, varying with age. The tape method is accurate to within a few percent for most people — enough to track progress over time. Pair it with the BMI and ideal weight calculators for a complete overview.
