Daily Calorie Calculator (TDEE)

Your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) is the number of calories you burn in a typical day, including exercise. This calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, one of the most accurate formulas available, and multiplies your basal metabolic rate by an activity factor.

Knowing your TDEE is the starting point for any nutrition goal: eat roughly at your TDEE to maintain weight, around 300–500 kcal below it to lose weight steadily, or above it to gain. Pair this with the macros calculator to split those calories into protein, carbs and fat.
